Your cardboard casket will be sent via ground carrier, usually FedEx, but sometimes by UPS (if absolutely necessary).

These caskets are warehoused in different parts of the U.S., and may use different carriers.

Your order will usually go out to the shipping desk within 48 hours, and then to you in about 10 business days, depending upon how far away you are. It usually takes far less, but that is what the shipping companies say to allow. Please be aware that 10 business days does not count holidays and weekends.

If you find that too much time has passed, and you have not received your order, please contact me. I sometimes must deal with third parties, and I may not have been made aware of a delay in shipment (rare, but it does happen). I will resolve whatever issues there may be as expediently as possible.

All orders will be sent with tracking, and all orders MUST be signed for. This is due to the high incidence of fraudulent purchses made online.

I reserve the right to call to confirm an order. I reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason (or no reason). In the event of a forced cancellation, all monies will be immediately returned to the customer's card in full and a transaction verification number will be provided.
